Requesting Collin County Death Certificates

To request a certified death certificate by mail, send a completed application, notarized signature, copy of your photo ID, and a check or money order for $21 to: Collin County Clerk, 2300 Bloomdale Road, Suite 2106, McKinney, TX 75071. Additional copies cost $4 each when ordered at the same time. In-person requests at the McKinney courthouse can often be processed same day.
